Ebay will no longer accept a listing from Auctiva if it offers Special Delivery as a postage option. Why should this be..?

This is because eBay just split the previous "Royal Delivery" service into two separate options, which have not been added to the Auctiva lister form yet. We will be adding these options some time in the near future.
In the mean time, to post these listings successfully through your Auctiva account, I suggest replacing the "Royal Delivery" shipping option with an alternative like "Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service" or "Other(see item description)".

Thanks for that. I did sort of work it out for myself eventually, but it took me quite some time and much trial and error. (I am not that bright). Perhaps my fault for not reading the eBay announcements as often as I should – but how many of us do? Perhaps it would have helped had they given more notice of this change, so people like Auctiva could have planned for it – but I don’t expect they feel like doing Auctiva any favours, for obvious reasons…

The same problem happens if listing through turbolister too. Maybe ebay just like to spring changes on its customers, to keep us on our toes?
