I completed a new auctiva ad and posted it on ebay. I wanted to do another similar ad so I clicked on the little icon at the right on the saved listings page, brought up the listing I'd just completed. But now the description area is blank. No icons for fonts, colors, size, can't type in that area, nothing showing up from the description I'd just done on the saved listing. I checked all my recent saved listings and it's the same thing! I tried to start a brand new listing and it's the same thing. What am I doing wrong?
