Did you preview your item before listing? It is also a good idea to check your listing on eBay after launching.

My experience has been that it is usually user error. Making changed, going back and forth…without saving. Cursor still active in window and a change is inadvertently made. Just remember to click on the preview and eBay fees before launching and you will eliminate most surprises. Unfortunately experience does cost.
