Hi All,

I have just relisted a few unsold items that were in my 'Closed' folder and obviously they are still present in that folder because that remains the status of those particular listings.

Trouble is I did not relist in any specific order so I have lost track of what is listed and what is not. I use a small database of my own to keep track but Auctiva makes it so easy to schedule relists that to then update my database is cumbersome.

Has anyone got any tips on how they keep track of what is available for listing?

A possible answer to tracking stock is "Inventory", but that might be cumbersome for single-sale unique items.

The Closed Listings page does have a filter for Status "Unsold" listings. Using that in combination with Folder(s) might also provide some level of what's been done, i.e. move relists to a designated folder to track them.

Filtering the Closed Listings page with Unsold, moving them as a group to a "Relist xxx" group folder, and mass relisting them with a single button.....shazam.

Sure seems like a little bit of Auctiva Magic to me.

Hi Danno,

Trouble I might not relist them all. I suppose I could just get round that by having a folder called 'Available to List' or similar, and another 'To List'.
