I closed my eBay store and then removed all of my pictures from Auctiva, then I changed my account to the free one because I may or may not start selling again. Anyway, it was confirmed that my account is now the "free" one with NO services, but I got billed for March. I am very upset and of course there is no customer service for non-paying customers.

Has anyone else had this problem. If so how can I stopped getting charged for my FREE service?

I believe there's support for everyone. All you have to do is go to the help link and file a request and ask about the bill. My requests usually get answered within a few hours. Maybe you were billed for Feb?
