Still Having Problems and ready to give up on Auctiva

Can you give a little more info? Are you trying to use calculated shipping (which I know nothing about) or flat rate, priority, etc??

If you can elaborate a little more I'm sure someone can help out...don't throw in the towel just yet

I am trying to use aa flate rate shipping fee. And when I list it it shows on my auction a check sellers details. Then I have to go into ebay and revise my seller details. What a pain in the butt

Never had this problem before and now here it is. I can only deal with this for so long then I am out. I love this site but man when ebay says its auctivas fault then vise versa you can only take so much.

Hmmmmm...I haven't done any new listings since the Auctiva upgrades and I know there are a few bugs to still be worked out...if you've never had the problem before, maybe that is the cause??
Did you file a support request? Maybe check your Ebay seller preferences too just in case. Sorry I can't be more helpful. Hopefully someone else will come along with a little more insight.

Have you maximized your shipping details from the listing page and selected Domestic Shipping Services

First Domestic Service: Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service and MADE sure to add the cost in?

Yes I have done all this and still no luck
