I continue to have a problem since the 2/16 upgrade, and my work has been at a standstill for 4 days now because of it. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same thing.
I am working on changing the listing format of many of my saved listings from store inventory to fixed price. Most of those saved listings contained pre-filled item information already. (The area on the listing form where you see the icon, "find product", then you fill in condition, etc. - these items are in eBay's catalog and were part of my saved listings.) My items must contain that information in order to qualify for a lower insertion fee, so I am methodically checking them all (was).
Since the 2/16 upgrade, there is technical problem. Every time I use the radio button on top to switch from SIF to FP, the previously chosen product with its details disappears. Auctiva already fixed a related problem - regarding losing it when saving. I think that's ok now, but has anyone else tried switching formats and having this happen? I have filed a support ticket, but with no fix yet. In addition, the same disappearance of the product was happening when I uploaded a new shipping or checkout profile to the saved listing.
This is a rather serious technical flaw arising from the 2/16 upgrade and needs to get taken care of. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Any advice out there?
