Still missing imported eBay listings after 3 days

I signed up 3 days ago. I have 50 auctions on eBay, but only 25 have been imported into Auctiva so far. I've been checking on Closed Listings Page - it's found some old, sold and unsold but many of the current are not still not showing up. Is there any way to speed up the process? Sorry to be impatient!!! Thanks! Nancy
