still no images

Hello, I`ve noticed that some users were having problems with no images on their listings over the last few days which seem to have been rectified but my images are still not appearing. I`m new to auctiva (& a tecno numpty!) and was wondering if it was something I had done wrong in my listings or is it a autiva problem?

Hi Community,

Thanks for everyone's help in bringing this to our attention. We have identified and reset an image server that was exhibiting some sluggishness so, if your images are currently slow to load, they will be loading quickly once again shortly.

I'm still having problems with photos showing up on my auction. I spent an entire weekend taking new photos and uploading and they still don't appear on my auction listing or in the gallery. I was hoping to open a store this weekend but I guess I will just wait until things get fixed. Is there an estimated date when things will be back to normal?

Does anyone know how to send pics to the Discussion Board? Starting on the Image Management page, I clicked on the picture, but nothing happened. So I clicked on the small box next to the picture. Then I clicked on Edit. I then sent the picture from Edit to the Discussion Board, but it would not show up. I've been trying all day to do this, and I'm frustrated. Could someone please help me. Thanks.
