Stock Photo in Listing?

I sell dvds and was wondering if it possible to use a stock photo as my 1st image that is inserted in the template? Does anyone know if this is possible to do and if it is could you please explain how?

That works for the Gallery, the header & the pic that is not in the template. What I want to know is there a way to use the stock photo in the template itself. The area right under the description where you can add extra photos?
