Stock Templates Not Showing Images

I am using the stock templates, everything is displayed but the images. The images are displayed in the Template Selection area, but are not saved with the listing. Are not shown when previewing the selection... Anyone know? Anyone? Ferris?

None of the templates are available for the past three days. Page tells me to file a support case. However, support page is down. Sure am having ALOT of problems with this great site lately! Anyone else having these problems?
