Stolen Listings!!!!

I had a listing (photos and EXACT description) STOLEN by another auctiva member!!!! It was listed months ago, but it is still stealing. Had a hard time even trying to report it to ebay!!! HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM & WHAT DID YOU DO???

Should AUCTIVA step in an cancel the other parties membership??? Who knows how many others they have stolen from!!!
