Hi I am new to this so correct me if I am wrong but if I have a store on auctiva then if I go on Ebay and look up my store name under stores shouldn't my store be there? Thanks grahamn750

Hey, from my understanding is that the store you have in auctiva will reflect your E-Bay items. As far as seen the store on Ebay the same way is created in the Auctiva website it is not possible.

ok I am really confused now. The store I just opened on auctiva doesn't work as a store on Ebay?? If I want a store on Ebay then I have to open a whole other store?? So then I have 2 stores?
an Auctiva store is not the same as an Ebay store. What an auctiva store is, a place where buyers can view all your currently listed items. But if you want the 30 day listings, you'll need an eBay store.

The Auctiva store and the eBay store are completely separate store fronts. Your Auctiva store is a collection of all your active listings (auctions, fixed price, and store items), that can be reached by clicking the "Click here to browse all my eBay items" link on the bottom right of the store window.
An eBay store is still needed if you wish to list "store" format listings and take advantage of the longer durations and reduced listing fees offered to eBay store owners.
