There is actually no way to transfer your exact eBay store cateogries to your Auctiva store. By default, the search categories displayed on the left-hand column of your Auctiva store are the primary eBay categories in which your items are listed.
However, you can create custom search categories for your Auctiva store by clicking the "Serch Categories" link under the "Store" tab within your Auctiva account. Once you have created at least on search category, the default promary eBay categories will be removed from the left-hand column of your Auctiva store page, and replaced with the custom search categories you have created.
