Store categories

Hi, new here... just got my store up... I think. For some reason the categories in my online store are not the same as my categories on ebay or even when I do my listing through auctiva. I tried doing a new token. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Ok, i see the search categories but I am confused if it the same thing. really trying to figure this site out. Also, my website is not showing up when I try using teh domain name. It was earlier...

Ok... kinda figureing it out... any one know how long it take for the categories you add to show up on your site. I added more awhile ago and they still are not showing up. I still can't get my items to come up in 2 of the categories but working on it
