store categories

Hi, can anyone tell me why the new store categories what I created, doesn't show up when I try to list?
I have to go back to the ebay listing and edit the items to place in the new category..

Hi Dora,

Yes...first, please go log into your Auctiva account and go to My Account(tab) -> Ebay Settings, then click the "Update Store Categories" link.

Once you have done this, there will be two pull down menus on your lister page, directly below the category field, from which you can specify up to 2 of your custom eBay store categories.
