I got as far as edit Store Template, Store Header, About Us Information and Contact Us information my auctiva store and then I got lost on the rest.

When I checked my Aucitva Store it show categories that I did not add. Plus when you click on one of those categories they don't show all my listings. For instance if you click on Art it shows 3 listings whereas I have over 90 listings.

I could not figure out how to use the Search Category/Link Text/Keywords/Match Logic.

So how do I make my Auctiva Store look like and act like my Ebay Store which I am happy with.

If not possible then how do add link text, keywords, etc

Any assistance would be appreciated

Hi AL -

You may have already done this but I suggest you file a support request about this. That way our customer support people can check out your store in-depth.

Also, "link text" refers to what you want the search category to show up as on your store. If you want people to see a category of DVDs that is what you put in the link text section.

"Keywords" are the words that define what listings will show up when customers search using those categories. Keywords have to match a word in the title of your listings in order to show that listing when doing a search. I think your keywords arent set right and that is why you are only seeing 3 of 90 listings.

If you set the Match Logic to "All Words", the search will only return listings containing all your keywords. If you set it to "Any Words", the search will return listings containing any one of your keywords.

Let me know if this helps -
