store categories not updating

hi everyone, updated my store caregories in ebay and generated a new token for auctiva, however, when making new listings the old categories are still there...any suggestion? thanks in advance, janice

Hi Janice,

To update your eBay store categories within your Auctiva account, please go to Auctiva -> My Account(Tab) -> Ebay Settings, and click the "Update Store Categories from eBay" link.
