Store categories not updating.

Hi,
I have made an update to my ebay store categories about an hour ago. I went into Auctiva to list a regular auction in my store and the store categories are not updated as of yet. Do I need to give it more time or is there something I need to do in Auctiva to have the same categories as my ebay store? Thanks.

Hello,

To manually update your store catagories in Auctiva, you need to

1. Sign in
2. Click on the My Account tab
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on ebay settings
5. Click on Update Store Catagories from ebay.

That should get them synchronized!
