Store Category Bug?

Hi Bonnie,

I was just able to correct this problem for you and your Auctiva store search categories are now properly displayed on the right hand side if the page.

The reason this was occuring is because you had extra spaces in between the key words in your search category logic. Once I removed these spaces, such that your keywords were just separated by commas, your search categories displayed on your Auctiva store correctly.

The Design Team noticed one further error as well and is taking steps to fix it. You may not even notice the change...

Hi Julia & Mike,

My categories in my Store are still defaulting to eBay's own categories.

Can this problem be fixed please?

I just took another look at your Auctiva store and the search categories on the left hand side of the page are Rasta Hats, Snowboard Hats, Beanie Hats, Hats & Scarves, and Novelty Items, which are the same search categories that you have created for your Auctiva store.
