Store Catergories

Hi! I have a question, I have opened a store under EBAY, as I am listing, thru auctiva, I see the big category to put your item in, but I can not find out where the store categories are. I am having to go back into EBAY and revise my item to be able to put them in my store categories. Am I doing something wrong or is Auctiva not set up to list in our store categories? Please someone help me out.

Hi aggiemom01-01,

Please go to Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Ebay Settings, and click the "Update Store Categories" link.

Once you have done this, there will be two pull down menus on the Auctiva lister page, directly beneath the category field, from which you can speify up to two custom eBay store categories for each listing.
