how do i get my store design to show up? it's not showing up?

Please be more specific. Explain and maybe someone can help. What 'exactly' are you trying to do?
Under "store" you can customize your ebay store layout on auctiva. How do you get it to show up on ebay? My store still looks the same.
I did that all yesterday and it's still not showing up... the store display is but the store layout isn't.
I'm probably confusing you but I wasn't talking about the store window, I know it's showing up fine...
It's the "store" that's not showing up. The one with the search bar and the about us tab and the contact tab. That store layout. Where you can add your logo and customize the colors. I did all that and previewed it and it's not showing up on my ebay.

Oh I think you mean, you change your ebay store pages and logos. You have to update those things from your ebay store. The store here is the store that the showcase is linked to. That is where you will see your changes.
Ebay store - Auctiva store 2 totally different stores - but are linked to the same items.

Becca, I went to that area & it still applies to your "store window". Not your actual store. Confusing by it's description, but it ties together if you really read into it.

I set up my "store" for Auctiva. I can't find it anywhere. I do have a paid for "store" on Ebay, are they both one and the same, with Ebay being preferenced? Or are you saying that you can have Auctiva's store on Ebay's site for free? Could find any answers under help.
Also, can I speed up my Scrolling gallery, just a touch? How? thanks for anything you can give me help on.

This store will not show up on ebay. Take a peak at Tom's post above it explains what the Auctiva store does
