Store is gone

Went to check my customized , took along time to create store and it is gone!! In it's place is one of the blue auto store layouts - what has happened ? Could someone hack in and erase it or steal the design?? HELP

I feel it is next to impossible that someone hacked into your account to delete or steal your store design. If your customized store settings are not exhibited by your Auctiva store, it is likely that they were not saved.
