They don't seem to be showing on my store window either but they do show up as individual auctions. I have set them to featured as on another community link but to no avail. My store window just say's that I have no items for sale at the moment, but my store link works OK & shows my items then.!!!
I hope Mike doesn't mind I've cut & pasted his reply from another thread as my listings have now shown up in my store front & the reason is below, Thanks Mike The store window is set to display 12 items at a time favoring items that are ending the soonest and is refreshed every 4 hours. Once some of your listings end, they’ll be replaced in the store window with new ones. We will be increasing the store window capacity to 20 in the near future.
No I think you have lost the plot, When I go to schedule them in autiva all I get is a error but there is nothing wrong with them, it will schedule auctions and buy it now but not shop items.
We'll have to look at the error message you're receiving to figure that one out. If you file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page, our support staff will assist you.
I filed a support case for this over two week ago now and they passed it on the tec team and have not any more contact from them, can you please find out what is happening for me. they fixed it once before and I have over a 1000 store item I wish to list. I have two different accounts and they are both the same
I have been able to schedule some items, but, when I hit the schedule button, it takes several minutes, with the computer hung up in the meantime. I list over 100 items and I had hoped to convert all the items to auctiva, but the inordinate amount of time it takes plus all of the other technical difficulties I have experienced has made this very difficult.
I checked out your support case about this issue and it appears it was passed to the enginnering team on January 8th. I'm testing it again today, and if it doesn't work, I'll pass it over to them again and they'll get it working as soon as possible.
