Store name question

Hi,

I recently signed up to use Auctiva. The store window uploaded just fine. A day or two later I decided to change my ebay user ID name. The Auctiva store name still shows my old ebay user ID. I tried to change it, and it showed that it should have been changed, but the old ID still shows up. How do I fix this?

Hello,

When you change the title of the store window from the Store Window Settings page it can take up to 2 hours or so for your changes to appear on the eBay site (as mentioned by the confirmation message after saving your changes).

Note that the title of your store window is not the same as your store name which is displayed on the About Us page of your Auctiva store. This is edited from another page and has no effect on your store window.
