store not showing

Hello everyone, I am new to Auctiva and so far I am doing well with everything except my store, when I go to it and click on preview it brings me another page with an error, if I try to go from a store window and click on browse all of my ebay items it gives me the same error, I already filed a support case but was wondering if anyone knows what I might be doing wrong.
Thanks in advance for all and any help.
