Store onot opening in default domain | Auctiva

Bear with me if I'm having a blonde moment please (I AM blonde so I'm allowed to say that!), but I thought that if you bought a domain, when someone clicked on your store in Ebay, it used that domain.

I've bought www.aksessorize.co.uk but when I click on the 'browse all my Ebay items' in the store window, it takes me to http://www.auctiva.com/stores/viewstore.aspx?id=314547. Is that an error and I need to log a support request or am I being a bit thick? I've checked Domain, and www.aksessorize.co.uk is marked as default.

Any thoughts/pointers?

I'm having the same problem. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

My store window is displaying closed items that are no longer available, and not any of the items checked off as featured. What am I doing wrong?
