Store Scroll Bar missing in auctions

it has come to my attention (as i'm listing loads of auctions) that the auctiva scroll bar went missing in some of my auctions.

i've kinda half noticed it over the past few days, but as i was trying to fix it in one auction i was scheduling.... it's making me bonkers! it's still in some of my (re)listings, i've tried manually adding the store html to others and it doesn't seem to work

i've looked through the forums a bit looking for an answer, but to no avail. i have also tried reinserting all the description html and nothing. for now i will stop & hope that someone can help. thanks in advance to all you posters.
will gladly accept suggestions.
