On the store window is a link to browse all my ebay items yet when you click on it there is only 16 items. I currently have 35 auctions running why are all the auctions not showing once the link it clicked on? Thanks!

I have only 7 items in my store window. When I click on it as you decribe in store windows I get timed out and see nothing.

Your Auctiva account shows that you have 27 active listings and 17 are in your store. The difference of 10 items is because there are 10 best offers in your active listings that aren't actually listings(they're the ones with the 2 triangles icon).
I did a manual reconcile on your Auctiva account which should import the rest of your active listings into Auctiva within the next 4 hours. If problems persist, please file a support case through the appropriate link on our help page.

I do not have a store. Everything I have posted from 12/15 is showing and 12/17 so hopefully this problem will not continue. All my prior listings are still not showing. I currently have 41 listings with 22 showing if you click the "Click here to browse all my ebay items"
