store window and store

Hi can you tell me why I can only get 12 pics in my Scrolling window, can you not get all current listings in it?

Also I cannot work out how to get images into the window, the ones that are there are listings already in my shop but they went there automaticaly when I joined Auctiva.

Hi lynx123cats,

The store window is set to display 12 items at a time favoring items that are ending nearest the time of the one being viewed, and is refreshed every 4 hours. Once some of your listings end, they’ll be replaced in the store window with new ones at next refresh. We will be increasing the store window capacity to 20 in the near future.

There's no way to make the store window display all your items, however, if your buyer clicks the link on the bottom right of the store window, they'll bve directed to your Auctiva store which contains all your active listings.
