How come I am entering the hexi codes for black & white only and they are showing up as blue? Can anyone help?

If you are entering the hex codes by hand then you need to use the following example: 0x000000 this is not the most intuitive way to do it and we are working on making this easier for all to understand. One last thing I need to mention, hand coding pure black does not work so the solution is to enter the code: 0x000006 this will get you very close to what you want for black.
