Why is the Auctiva Store Window announcing that I have NO ITEMS FOR SALE NOW???? I have FIVE auctions on NOW and this is LOSING ME BUSINESS!!! I can't BELIEVE how often this keeps happening.

You can change the wording in your store window..I've just changed mine. However it takes about 2 hours to show up.

I just changed my window to ask people to click on "See seller's other items" above.
Now, I want to know, what happens when they get this fixed? Will that message keep running, or will they replace it with my store items automatically? If not, and I have to do it manually, will someone please notify me immediately when it is working so that I can do my part of their job? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi nanz-attic,
That message will only be displayed when your store window is empty. Once your active listings are imported into your Auctiva account once again, the store window will automatically repopuulate with a selection of your active listings.

thanks for your quick response Mike. I'm sorry my aggrivation is showing. I have 2 auctions closing in a couple hours, and the 8 hours down-time today has me really annoyed...it's hard to be nice about it, tho I am usually easy to please... :-)

Whoohoo Im slowly getting my store window back !!! 
Followed Mike's link - carefully retyped the Store Window message and STILL it's coming up saying NO ITEMS AVAILABLE. I did this 18 hrs ago. Now the site is down for maintenance for the next 6 hours. I haven't had more than three days pass since signing up to Auctiva without fairly major problems of this kind occurring. This is costing money for listings and losing me business. I realise it's FREE, but ebay isn't! A failure here directly relates to the stuff I'm paying for at ebay. Totally frustrated and fed up.
During maintenance the text is our default. It can't connect to the database during that time to read your custom message.
