Well, I thought this whole thing last week about changing servers was supposed to make the imaging in the store window. So much for that idea. I just listed 35 items. And not one shows one picture in the store window on any of the auctions. It would be good of Auctiva to at least give us a time limit on when this problem will be fixed. I had the same problem last week with auctions. It's getting old. And I am just new to Auctiva and already I am frustrated. I know that it's a "free" service, but, when you go to the first page of the site and read all that there is to gained by using Auctiva, well some of it's not true. At least with the store window. I don't mean to sound, well, rude. It's just very frustrating because you know that the lack of pictures is hurting your sales. And then you start to think it's sixes whether to use it or not. That's all. So now I have throw my tantrum. And I just hope the photos show up soon in the store window. I know that's what saved me in the last few days of my auctions last week is that they came online. Please Auctiva, do it again, And in the meantime, please let us know when we can approx. expect to see our photos. Thanks.........

Please read the following post for more information on our current bandwidth issue. Until we are able to resolve this situation, we are limiting the number of listings displayed in the store window to 8, and turning off store window images during peak hours.

This is entirely unrelated to the image transfer we conducted last week.
