Store window has disappeared in all my auctions today!

Hi, Jeff. I beg to differ this time--

USUALLY I have the scrolling store window & "image loading" in the picture boxes, but today there's NOTHING there but a big, blank white space where the store window would be...? just me maybe?

cause...i don't like the way the pictures are placed....



BUT---I DON'T ususally go into the UPPER section where the code for the store window is. humphrh.


PLUS , it's not just gone in those 10 auctions--it's ALL of them. hurmprh!

Me2 well i gather from ya'll that i aint alone so i guess i.ll just green an beer it ! After all i am a newbie

that's right, LRN, beer can help--just makes it difficult to stay on task sometimes.

when do you think the store listings will be reinstated? they have been off all day and i just opened a store on ebay

lease...we may be talking about 2 different 'store' issues...i was talking about the 'scrolling' store window that Auctiva members can place in the top or bottom of their auctions. It sounds like your 'store listings' are not showing--that may be something else entirely.


If your ebay store listings or pix in them are not showing, you might need to file a help request.

(Just didn't want you to wait around for here for help because I think Jeff's decided I obliterated my scrolling store window on the 6th or 7th revise of each of my auctions). Altho' I haven't even started on the beer yet!

My windows are there but the images have said loading for at least 2 days. What's up?

I signed up for Auctiva just a couple days ago, whats up with NO pictures loading in the scrolling gallery? And also why does it take so long for pages to load? I cancelled my Vendio account to use yours, but if its not going to work....
Please let me know whats going on.

UPDATE:
My Scrolling window disappearance was MY fault! I HAD dumped my cookies, but not hit "DELETE FILES" (I avoid doing it because it takes so long & usually freezes up my windows)....anyway, I once I hit "DELETE FILES" in my IE Tools menu....my scrolling window appeared again immediately! Strange, huh?

You 2 who are asking about the "Image loading"--the explanation is that Auctiva turns them off during peak viewing times so as to speed up the loading of the thumbnails & supersize pix....it's only temporary until they get the new service with new servers up & running--(this week, I believe)....
