Store Window Help

Hi, I am with ebay Australia, and although we can't use Auctiva yet I love having the store window. However, this week, the store at the bottom of each auction comes up "I have no items for sale, please come back later" when I actually have about 10 items for sale this week.
Could you please help?

Please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you. It sounds like your account hasn't reconciled with eBay for a while.

Hi Mike - it all seems to be working fine now - go figure, but I'll keep an eye on it, and contact the support staff if it happens again.
