Hi. Is there a way to make my store window refresh items? I changed/revised my items and its still showing old data. My ID is bigmadpie.

It should refresh automatically about every 2 hours. Perhaps the outdated store window has been cached by your browser. Try clearing your browser cache via the following process:
In Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu, click the Internet Options menu item, then click the "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies" buttons.
In Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Clear All.
Remember to close all browser windows but one while clearing your cache.

The store window is set to display 12 items at a time favoring items that are ending nearest the time of the one being viewed, and is refreshed every 4 hours. Once some of your listings end, they’ll be replaced in the store window with new ones at next refresh. We will be increasing the store window capacity to 20 in the near future.
The only way you can control what goes in your store window is by making items hidden. To do this, go to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Edit Items. Items that are made hidden will not be shown in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.
Our listing maintenance, which updates current price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, bid count, currency, and end time is done about every 6 hours. If the changes you're referring to are to the title or the store window image, unfortunately that information will not be updated.
