Store Window NOT Showing Up in NEW Auctions/ New Auctions NOT in Store

Hope someone an help...Joined Auctive about a month ago.The store window was showing all my "New" weekly auctions ( So I could "Feature" New items ), however this week the window only shows up on my "eBay Store" items and not my New items launched on Sunday. When I go to my Auctive store my new ( Sunday ) auctions aren't there as well. Am, I supposed to import them someway?

Hi Community,

We implemented a fix today that will append the store window to all items for which it was erroneously not appended to before. This process should conclude within 24-48 hours and the store window may appear in your listings any time between today and Friday.

If, on Friday, the store window has still not been appended to your active listings, please file a support case to let us know.
