I have nine auctions, and only two are showing in the store window. It's been over 24 hours. Can anybody tell me what's going on or how I could fix it?

It sometimes takes up to 24 hours, but if its been 24 hours I'd file a help ticket. The Auctiva Team is awesome at responding in record time.
Go up top on the right and click on help, scroll to bottom to where it says " file a support request."

In my situation, the store window is grossly outdated but if I check my items in the Auctiva store then they are all there.
Is there any way to get the system to automatically refresh what eBay has listed?
Another one of my other problems is that about 90% of my items, when they do appear on the scrolling store window, just show up with "loading image" or "no picture available" even though I paid extra for a gallery picture and the images show up in the actual store.
I was hoping there was something to do on my end here, rather than using a trouble ticket.
