Hi, I'm an experienced seller and have used Auctiva store window for ages (started on classic then upgraded to the new version when it first came out). I have always used my store window in my listings. I have had it auto inserted for ages.
Now suddenly there is no store window being inserted at the end of my listings and the older listings which have the window show the store as empty and not scrolling at all.
It is not my browser or anything (I don't think anyway) because I have checked it out on another machine.
Nothing is wrong in my auctiva settings so far as I can tell and I have regenerated my ebay token but to no avail.
I could give you links to my shop items and show you want I mean if that is allowed on here?
