Store window picture issue

I have 30 items listed on eBay right now and the Store Window has it just right for 28 of them.

However, on one of the ones that is not working I get a message that says loading picture (or something along those lines) and its been saying that since Monday... On the other one, the picture in the Store Window is an old picture for that item. I've relisted it and I would like to have the new picture being displayed and not the old picture.

Is this something I did, or is there something I need to do here to get this to work right?

I suggest you file a support case regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page. In your support request, please be sure to include the item numbers in which your store window is not displaying correctly.
