I hoping someone can help with sytore window problems???
My store window is saying that no items are available, but I have 190 for sale and 15 are definately set to be displayed in the store window?
I have even updated the text to be displayed when I have no items as 'see more in my items' (as this keeps on happening and it cost me money and bids each time
) but this dosent work either? Also, I have customised the design of the store window but it still looks nothing like its design on the 'edit store window'? page??
Am I doing something wrong?
Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt?
Do I need to update the token or something?
Or DO these problems occur regulary?
Does anyone know if/how I can sort these problems out myself?
I have contacted auctiva but they take a while and my auctions continue to lose money while I wait?
