STORE WINDOW SAYS 'PHOTS NOT AVAILABLE'

Hi Tom and thanks for the reply~~

Now they tell me that it is something with Sellers Sourcebook (I'm using for templates etc)
How do I ensure that I have a 'heading' photo when using another party for my html--that I then copy and paste into my ebay listing??
Hope you can help--I love sellersourcebook and the auctiva store window too!!

ok I think I have them all done if you could ask them to try to reimport the listings~~hoping this works and thanks for your help!

Sorry if I seem a little dense here--I am wondering why less than half of my listings are showing up in my store window??
Doesn't Auctiva automatically import all of my listings? Is there a limit to how many are in your store window?
