Store Window showing old listings

The auctiva window in my Ebay store listings are not up to date. The scolling store is showing items that sold out of my ebay store over a week ago. How do I fix that? And, why doesn't it update. I understand those listings "technically" should still be running if they lasted the 30 days but, hopefully most listings won't last the full 30 days in an ebay store. When looking at active listings in auctiva, I don't see an option to move them to closed. Am I missing something?

If there are items in the store window that you are no longer selling, you can make them hidden in your Auctiva store by going to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Edit Items . On this page you have the option to make listings hidden. Listings that are hidden will not be displayed in your Auctiva store nor will they be displayed in your Auctiva store window the next time it refreshes...it does so about every 2 hours.
