Well my problem is quite simple, but a bit dissapointing. I was reading the community forums to see if any answers were available. I found some But, the problem is still not fixed. I have five (5) items on ebay for bidding. I revised the items (and though I have a short time left on them) but they still have not updated. I updated the info about these items-prolonged auction time and lowered prices- on friday nite. It's Monday morning and still no "Update" info on my store window. What can i do? Is Auctiva not updating, or am i missing something, please advice. Thanks

You got an email? I've filed TWO support requests and they haven't bothered sending an email to me for either of them. Yes, I checked to make sure that my email program wasn't refusing their emails.

I went an entire auction last week with no fix and I'm going on the third day of the second auction with no fix.
It must be a server problem (AGAIN) because they would have answered by now. They usually don't response within a couple of days as they figured they can fix it and if not then they will answered threads in each category to address the problem.

I am on my third day as none is loading and not even slowly which I would not complain about at this point especially with 10¢ listing day.

I am glad that my images in the auction are at least showing for now

You should at least be getting the auto-response very quickly (sent by their computers, not a person). If you're not getting those, then something's amiss.
It appears to be that everyone is having major problems today. Part of it could be that everyone wants to list as much as possible to take advantage of the 10 cent listing fee and part of it could be due to what I reported in the "Update" that I posted in another thread a couple of places down from this one.

P.S. Ebay is having a contest to win a new computer system if you use their Turbo Lister 2 for posting.

I am having the same problem and just submitted a support request and they answered me back right away and are in the process of fixing it.
