I'm going to email support but was just wondering if anyone else had problems with their scrolling windows right now... Mine haven't been working since last night although I check my brother's and his work...

Incidentally, I now realized they are MYSTERIOUSLY not working after I checked with Auctiva about something...
I filed a different support case during which Auctiva thought my listings had not been created on here. I confirmed to them that they had been although I'd gone into eBay immediately afterwards to revise some things, one being I removed the Auctiva references that are automatically inserted, leaving only my scrolling window and supersize image links.
After I mentioned this, thinking back this seems to be when my windows stopped working... My brother's windows are working so now I'm curious if anyone else's have stopped working or just mine? Is Auctiva just being vindictive or am I being overly suspicious (because they haven't replied back again to that other support case and they're usually pretty fast).
The windows also aren't working in a listing that I left untouched, 220173610790, so it isn't that the Auctiva references I removed in the others somehow kept the scrolling windows running, this one isn't working either, it just reads "LOADING STORE WINDOW" with Auctiva's default colors, not my own.
So I'm just puzzled and frustrated now. Anyone else ever have a similar case?

Hi. I just went and checked all of your listings. The gallery is working fine. I think it must've just been down, because when I first started looking, it wasn't even showing on a couple of them. Now, I believe, it's on all of them again and is working great.

Thanks for checking it out Shirley. I finally heard back from Auctiva that needed to empty my browser cache :/ Go figure, but I'll remember to try that first the next time things look down
