Is anyone else having problems with pictures in their store windows? Some are loading and some aren't. I have done all of the refresh , clear cache etc. things that need to be done. Any info would be appreciated.

Yes, you need to file a help request. Check your items for closed, ended and sold items first so you can report it all at the same time. My showcase is full of them. They are working on it.

Please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and ask that your missing images be created.
These images will show as "Loading Image" in your store window.

I have not been following the message boards for a couple of weeks, but I thought that after the new band width was purchased that all of the items would show in the store window. Is it only 12 that will show at a time? Will we ever be able to have all of the items displayed in the window? Thank you, Yvette

Yeah, they bumped it up to 12 and I think it's eventually supposed to go to 20, if I'm remembering correctly.

The store window capacity has now been bumped to 16 and we'll be increasing it to 20 in the near future if all goes well.

Same problem here, I reported it and hopefully they will fix the issue quickly!

will you be making it where we can select how many we want in each of our listings? reason i ask is because as it is, i get timeouts when viewing listings that have the gallery (dialup here), with sometimes it interfering with the loading of the main images in the listing.
and i hate the thought of potential customers moving on to the next listing simply because of it not being dialup-friendly. you know?

Currently that's not a possibility.
This may be something we include in phase II of our site, which will be released later this year. I'm not 100% sure though.

ok. no worries. 'Sides, there's more to it than just the auctiva gallery that's making us dialup users nutso. between people that dont edit their graphics (in templates and main pix) to make them low-overhead and all the crud that ebay has now bogged the pages down with... And reality is, both of those are the primary cause of slow page loads on ebay.
