Storing Used Photos ( Images)

Since I have many different images I would like to separate the used ones in listings from the unused one. How? I would like to place the used one in a folder.
I do store them in different categories such as "Bracelets, Rings, Earrings etc., but once used how do I move out of these folders and into another to save??? Brain lock here!

easy-peasy!

Create a new folder: Listed April, or Listed May whatever.

Then you can use the: Move to Folder drop down menu from 'manage images page, to choose the folder to transfer them into.
