Stuck not updating

I have some scheduled AD’s that are not showing up in Auctiva. I don’t know what I’m doing I did make an eBay token that is success. I never set up store before so I don’t know if I should stay this route or go to eBay and use their free trial for one month. I did do a post about a hr ago from EBay but I remember reading it takes 6 hrs before it’s updated. The scheduled stuff is passed 6 or 8 hrs.

Hi Harry,

If you scheduled items through Auctiva that failed to post, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.

It typically takes 4-6 hours for listings posted directly through eBay to be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window, but due to the high volume of recent signups, this process has slowed down over the past week. We're currently working to develop a system that will make this process more efficient.
