Regarding this recent message below from Auctiva.......Can you tell me if this new price point will allow me to have phone support with Auctiva?  Thanks

Hello Elbcounselor - 

The options for services available with each plan are not changing.  Live Support is available on our Elite and Pro plans.  Based on the message you provided, your account is on the Advanced plan, which does not include Live Support.
