What am I doing wrong. You can click to super size on some of my pictures on eBay, but on others you cannot. Am I doing somethig wrong?

maybe some of the photos are so small they don't need to be supersized? Could you post the item number so I could check it out?

The Design Team went to your ebay auction and checked on the "click to supersize" issue. Some of the original photos are of a smaller size. The "Click to Supersize" function supersizes an image up to 300px x 400px, so if your orignal image is smaller than this it will resize it up to this size. And visa versa, if your orignal photo is larger than 300px x 400px the function will resize it to this size and no bigger. So your images seem to be acting accordingly to the function of the "Click to Supersize" program.
